Mairo Women Foundation Ushafa is managed by an Executive Management Team chosen and approved by the Board of Trustees. Our Board of Trustees are saddled with the responsibility of planning new projects and trainings, promotion and Mairo Women Foundation Ushafa Development as well as delegate the day to day operations of each project to the Executive Management Team  on accountability.
