The Mairo Women Foundation Ushafa an indiginous organization designed to Promoting Awareness on Cultural Treasures for FCT Original Inhabitants as well as Increase the knowledge of OI women and girls about preventive measures, reporting channels and existing redress mechanisms on sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) so as to inform and mobilize indigenous people and pressure government and its officials to address incidents of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) in the FCT communities is in collaborration with Association of Wives of FCT Traditional rulers are an NGO of the wives of the traditional leaders of the 17 chiefdoms of the FCT that deals and catters with the issues of Gender and Sexual Based Violence and other gender related issues among the Original Inhabitants of the FCT with support from #MacArthurFoundation through #CHRICED have taken the lead to fight for justice and seek redress for the baby as well as the good spirited Nigerian who has been taken custody of the child since 18th December 2021 #JusticeForFCTOI #OIlifematter
